ERP AI Agent is a brand of Tayana Holdings LLC, a Georgia limited liability company doing business as Tayana Solutions. These documents apply to erpagent.ai and all ERP AI Agent services.
Where you have not separately signed an agreement with us, the Master Services Agreement, End User License Agreement, and Support Subscription Agreement above govern the services we provide to you. Section 3.4, Section 14.2, and Section 1.4 of those documents set out which one applies where more than one could.
